I used to be a big fan of Adobe's software, but their subscription practices are predatory. I officially cancelled my subscription and was even forced to pay a $40 early termination fee. I thought that was the end of it. However, Adobe is STILL charging my credit card every single month! How can a company charge me a cancellation fee and then continue to bill me? Great software, but absolute vampire-like business practices. I want an immediate full refund and a complete termination of my account.
