Once upon a time...Long ago in the old Southwest there lived a Gila Monster by the name of Adobe Gila. The lizard was known to be the largest, laziest and only poisonous lizard in the United States. Great first time visit to Adobe Gilas When I walked into Adobe Gilas I was immediately reminded of a cantina I went into in Tijuana, Mexico ten years earlier. The decor was so colorful and almost exactly as I recalled. I came in for a late lunch so there were not many people there, and the waitress was very attentive.
