Great first time visit to Adobe Gilas When I walked into Adobe Gilas I was immediately reminded of a cantina I went into in Tijuana, Mexico ten years earlier. The decor was so colorful and almost exactly as I recalled. I came in for a late lunch so there were not many people there, and the waitress was very attentive.
