Guy thought was was an Afrin addict, Ive never used Afrin in my life. Said I must have acid reflux, which I don’t. Made a lot of assumptions about my symptoms and spent more time talking and mansplaining then taking two minutes to get the answer of what I was actually using for allergies. “Heres a bunch of meds see you in six weeks”. Something is wrong with my throat but didn’t seem to care.
Excellent practice! This was my first time at the Surprise location. It is a nice facility. I’ve mostly seen the PAs at both locations and they’ve always been kind, professional and helpful. I have no problem getting in within a day or two when needed.
I have a nasty allergy to some environmental stuff. My first allergy shot, I got a migraine, a bad stomach ache, and felt like I had a fever without heat. I messaged the office and Lisa ,who gave me my shot, took action and the office changed my shots to a pace which is going a bit easier on my body as the weeks go by. They listen and care. Honestly, a great experience so far, and really appreciate all the staff.
Dr Rodriguez is amazing! Very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. His staff is also fantastic!
