Highly recommend! I had a great experience at this office! Everyone was very professional and caring! Dr. Christine Berthold is super knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made sense! I can’t thank them enough for helping me with my tooth!!
I was a little apprehensive when I first went to Dr. Bertold! I was to have a scan of my teeth to see what was happening with a crown that I have already but no root canal in that tooth! She explained in detail and in a language we all can understand. I decided to do the root canal on that tooth and I was not nervous at all when I went to get it done. I have visited Doctor Berthold since 2015. Every step of the way she takes great care to explain procedures, risks and alternatives. During procedures, I have been able to sleep which is not the case for most dental work. The staff is friendly, and make sure you are taken care of. Clinic was clean. They also give a blanket if you get cold during procedures.
I am very impressed with this office and staff. I’ve been here twice, and feel that Dr. B. takes the time to address all of my concerns and options are explained thoroughly.
I am so grateful for Dr. Berthold and her staff for fixing a previously done root canal. Dr. Berthold is very passionate about her career - thorough in her explanation and very knowledgeable. I was prioritized extremely quick and extra time was taken by the staff to dig into my case to ensure nothing was missed. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic services.
