I had to have a root canal and was petrified! Went in for a scan and got all the info I needed prior to the procedure. I white knuckled all the way through the procedure but I really didn’t need to. It went smoothly and I never had any trouble at all. The care that Dr. Berthold gave me was superb. I highly highly recommend. Even if you are nervous you will be well taken care of
I had a root canal with Dr. Berthold and it was an amazing experience! I was nervous going in as I’ve had issues with freezing not being effective at my regular dentist, so was expecting a lot of pain and discomfort. There was none! Dr. Berthold and her staff ensured I was comfortable and I had a relaxing and pain free root canal which I didn’t think was possible.
Highly recommend! I had a great experience at this office! Everyone was very professional and caring! Dr. Christine Berthold is super knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made sense! I can’t thank them enough for helping me with my tooth!!
I was a little apprehensive when I first went to Dr. Bertold! I was to have a scan of my teeth to see what was happening with a crown that I have already but no root canal in that tooth! She explained in detail and in a language we all can understand. I decided to do the root canal on that tooth and I was not nervous at all when I went to get it done. I have visited Doctor Berthold since 2015. Every step of the way she takes great care to explain procedures, risks and alternatives. During procedures, I have been able to sleep which is not the case for most dental work. The staff is friendly, and make sure you are taken care of. Clinic was clean. They also give a blanket if you get cold during procedures.
