This provider is an unqualified physician. DO NOT go there unless absolutely necessary. He will manipulate reports and fabricate notes. Most importantly, carefully scrutinize any and all medications he prescribes. It's not a matter of if, but when he will truly harm someone !!!
Completely ignored my complaint of pain after being in care for over 3 years. Diagnosed Classic Sciatuca although I had noted being under chiropractic care and no relief was seen.When I became frustrated and voiced my feelings on his lack of treatment he filed a false complaint placing me on warning with the medical group.
