This company is the worst ever. The one main thing is financially seriously wrong with this network is they do not put a "balance" of your yearly used or remaining balance from claims on the statements they send you for services rendered. When you login to your online account there is no balance. Have to call them every time just to get a balance of what was used and what is left to use. Such a pain and just unethical!
