Where do I begin. Ally is by far the nicest and best massage therapist in Central Florida (I'm sure better than most everywhere else but I'm only talking about Central Florida). I have been seeing Ally for a while now and it is only because of her that I am able to have total use of my shoulder. All my therapy was exhausted (thank you insurance for telling the physical therapist what is best for me) and Ally was my last resort. Aly has been amazing. I have had migraines since 2005. I would have multiple migraines a month and sometimes they would last for days. A co-worker suggested I go to Aly and, after monthly visits for 3 or 4 months, I came down to less than one migraine a month. She has been phenomenal. She listens to symptoms, ask questions about habits, and pays a lot of attention to what your muscles tell her. I never thought massage could have such a tremendous impact.
Aly (the owner) is an amazing person! 😊 She is a fantastic massage therapist and has helped me regain my range of motion after being involved in a car accident. ADMT is a great community studio and offers a wealth of knowledge on essential oils and at-home personal training.
