I was referred to admore via the school, they scheduled the initial appointment and i explained that my sons insurance would be changing at the end of the month. We did the assessment and was told someone would reach out to schedule further appointments and its been a month and I have called numerous times to get busy signals and never anyone call me. My experience with this company has been far from great. 2 stars is still a high rating. The first person I got Dana, she scheduled an appointment and missed it, then the second appointment wasn't even a real appointment. She text me for 30 minutes asking what my goals were and then I never heard from her unless she was sending a ton of back to school flyers. I got reassigned to Sharon. She was a nice lady but one session she showed up 20 minutes late to and then ended the session early, Two of them she forgot to schedule. O... read more

I had the pleasure of meeting the Austin Case Manager today, and she was absolutely amazing. She provided me with a wealth of resources for my son—many of which I had never even heard of before. In addition to case management, he will also be starting therapy with Admore. We’re feeling hopeful and looking forward to having a similarly positive experience with therapy as well.

Had some delay issues in the very beginning when trying to start the process and join their services for my daughter, so far it has been 2 to 3 weeks since my daughter became a client of theirs and I will say so far so good, Hopefully it can remain this way, but thank you for correcting the misunderstanding and mistakes in the beginning.
