Knowledgeable, Helpful and Kind Brokers My experience with Admiralty Yacht Sales was very positive and I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a boat. I am new to sailing and wanted an easy cruiser for me and my wife to learn on. They treated me with respect and didn’t try to force deals on me or exploit my lack of knowledge. Even though we haven’t bought a boat from them yet I can tell it would be a pleasant transaction. Thanks Admiralty!
Beware the crooked brokerage Dealing with AYS was the worst experience I have had while purchasing something. The brokers were truly dishonest and put me in a bad financial bind. The information about the vessel was inaccurate which led to a 700 dollar survey for a boat that had rusty keel bolts (huge structural problem.) Also there was an 800 dollar deposit (had to be forfeitted before the sea trial) lost because of my poor decision to sign the paperwork that was shoved in my face.
