there is no property such as this anymore in Aventura. Not with the views and the expansiveness!!! This is the last great complex with good deals in the area.

This Condominium is on the upward good progression, no pests, nice neighbors, staff is nice if you are nice, renovation is still underway with pools but great affordable living in nice area. Once Pools are fixed this will be resort style. Freshly paved parking surrounding the building (not the full lot). Great views. Gym is a little better than basic but clean and not too often packed. Noise is not bad with strict policies. Dogs and Cats welcomed. Concierge with text notifications for guests and deliveries are a plus!
Its taking sk long to get my ball back from the tenis court because it's close they said that they called the man to open the door like seven times and I have been waiting here more than three hours
