Lot fee to high, and deprecation value .
Beautiful setting next to Lake St. Clair. Easy 10 drive off of I-94 and 35 minutes from Detroit. Well kept maintained community with a great selection and quality of home provided by Clayton Homes of Middlebury, Indiana
