Wonderful experience here from start to finish! Staff is great and friendly, and they went out of their way to help me find the exact right frame. They even ordered a second color so that I can see all of the options when selecting the. They took care of all of the insurance paperwork as well. Highly recommend!
I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Wu, Rachel, and everyone there are so incredibly sweet. I love my glasses and feel very lucky to have found them! I also recently took my mom to get her new glasses as well, she is very hard of hearing and Dr. Wu and Rachel were both super patient with her and took time to be sure she was taken care of. My dads going in next....I cant say enough good things about these folks!
Amazing office, so beautifully designed with lots of natural lighting coming in! Being in Seattle, finding parking can usually be challenging, but there is plenty of free street parking available near the office. The exam with Dr. Wu was so efficient and professional. I’m new to West Seattle and was looking for a new eye doctor. Saw Admiral Vision was within walking distance so I decided to give the a try! I emailed them and got a quick response post Labor Day. Communication was quick and easy. I got a notification of my appt the day before and was able to pre-fill all of my information online. Day of, arrived at a super bright, airy, and clean shop.
