Horrible experience. Selling a home. Have been passed to 3 different agents for the title search. They apparently don’t read Or look at the forms and information that we have already provided. I definitely do not recommend Admiral title.
First time home buyer so my experience is limited. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. They do not explain anything, send emails with “need a response quickly” and then never reply with confirmation. When we had a question it took them a while to respond. They almost derailed closing by failing to follow up and I almost walked away because of it. They are tied to Douglas reality, the realtor company recommends using them. I like Douglas, not this title company.
A good friend of mine was purchasing his first home. I referred him to a realtor in my neighborhood and referred them both to Admiral Title. This being the first time this realtor worked with Admiral, she was extremely pleased with their service.
