This was the worst experience ever and the store manager and the District Manager was very shady. That store can not be trusted. They charged me 476. For a refurbished alternator keeped the refund when they returned the old alternator off my car. I had a friend who has an account with the part store who delivered the part. Quoted a much cheaper price. Which means they marked up the price over 150% Outragous!!!!! Then after he knew i have done my research he admitted the pricing was off. Purchased tires from this franchise store, Admiral Goodyear in Waldorf, MD 12/5/2015. I drove 12,291 miles in that time, my tire treads are now at a five level, 12/30/2016. The manager, Dontae, told me that I had to purchase new tires, that they would not replace them because I did not have road hazard ins. on them. I think they sold me some bad tires, there is no way 65,000 mile tires wear down to half in a year with only a little over 12,000 miles on them.
