Your Employees think they're Law Enforcement. Their job is to Observe and Report, not go hands on with the the Public. Then...the Supervisors won't even show up for Accountability. I'm trying to get your company fired from Richmond City Government Offices!
I loved the company but they sent me to a site where the supervisor was unfit and discriminates. i asked to transfer supposely and supposely they were doing it. 2 months later goes by nothing changes, i really just quit. it wasnt my idea but things were getting to toxic and folks in the office dont care.
