They are always shutting our water off with out notice. There isn't an emergency maintenance number. We have been promised so many things that they never do. The only thing you can count on is them raising the lot rent
Lot rent is expensive for having no amenities and for the area that its located

I have lived out here for several years and it's a quiet little place, nobody bothers anybody. And our office manager is amazing. Ms. Tiffany, goes above and beyond to make sure that everybody here. It's taken care of and that we have everything we need and fixes things in a very timely manner. I have never lived in such a place.
