Going on 2 and a 1/2 years now and I really enjoy living at this park,, It's quiet and the staff are friendly...
They are always shutting our water off with out notice. There isn't an emergency maintenance number. We have been promised so many things that they never do. The only thing you can count on is them raising the lot rent
Lot rent is expensive for having no amenities and for the area that its located
Nice friendly little mobile home park nobody really bothers anyone and the office staff is very friendly ms Tiffany always goes above and beyond to make sure Everything runs smoothly and fixes any issues you have keep up the amazing work
