I go to the admiral tobacco on Eastern Ave in Kentwood MI and the tall black woman working at 7:00 pm 02/14/24 is incompetent. This is the third time having her as a cashier. First time I gave her a ten dollar winner lottery ticket. She said not a winner (I scan before hand so I know exactly what I have) wouldn’t give me a not a winner slip that prints out, nor did she rip it in half.
