Nice people that work here but the fact that a pair of pants cost $9 EACH and shirts cost over $3 dollars to get cleaned is INSANE!! Also it takes them 2 days to complete the cleaning. If I’m paying that much it should be same day. I do same day cleaning back home and it’s only $3.75 for a pair of pants! CROOKS!! The problem is that they are the only cleaners in town and they are using that to their advantage! If I could put no stars I would!
I recently took two Dolce & Gabbana shirts in to be cleaned and pressed. After picking them up, I noticed the collars and cuffs of the shirts were hard and very shiny (no starch was used). I took the shirts back in and explained why i was unhappy with them. Georgia, the manager, informed me the iron must have been dirty and she would clean it then redo the shirts. I didn't like the fact that I was charged more than what I was quoted, I understand why the extra cost, but it would have been nice to know that up front. At least they took off some of the cost to make it more reasonable. I will try this place again, while I did have a small issue, it was handled in a polite way.
