We hired Admirable to come out for a home inspection. Jenn’s customer service was impeccable. Steve and his team are simply fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide very detailed assessments and reporting. I highly recommend Admirable for your home inspection needs!
This company was hired as a third party to complete a warranty assessment on our home. They came with a tape measure. No level, no ladder. No screw driver. There are code violations in the house and they kept telling me that they are not here to check and make sure things meet code. They also made statements in their assessment that are false “that they could not assessment damage because household items had to be removed”.. deny coverage because I did not provide them with a screw driver. Attitude over the phone when I asked about thermal imaging. Was hoping to hire Steven to identify infrared exposed anomalies and was met with a less than helpful, defensive tone from an inspector that works for him.
