They leave you on hold forever just to say they’ll email you the answer to your question and then don’t email you. I can’t tell if they lie or are just incompetent
If you are financing a vehicle and the dealership says it’s will be through ICCU do NOT go through with it. If you are financing anything and hear the name ICCU do NOT go through with it. Avoiding the name ICCU will save you countless hours, heartache, and your sanity. I have never dealt with such incompetence and carelessness when dealing with a financial institution.
To anyone looking to take out a loan or get a credit card through this institution, beware they are a no loss company and are unyielding. You will never be free from them until they get every cent they are "owed". Absolutely disgusting. They also have minimal help for hardships. There are a lot of other institutions that are better to work with, so save your stress and stay clear from ICCU!
They're just like every other chain bank now.
