Good pay and benefits. Mix of new and old machining techniques. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Spent a few days working with Admill's team. Very lovely people that care about their employees.
Admill Machine is a horrible, nasty place to work.Owners are not involved on the shop floor. There is no respect for the employees. Stress level and bullying is very high. Workplace culture does not exist in this place. "Management" expects so much from employees and blames them for every problem at the same time hiding up in the office. Worst place to work. Stay away.
This is literally the worst place you will work if youre a true machinist.
Very high-end manufacturing. Clean facility and expanding.
