His depth of knowledge and professionalism helped us resolve the issue, increase machinery efficiency, and get vital parts processed. Our extensometer had trouble after about 5 years. Chance responded to my voice mail same day and was able to talk me through diagnostic and calibration settings in about 15 minutes and we were back up and running. He also mentioned how to replace the battery that caused the calibration to be lost in the first place. This saved us more than a week of down time to send off the extensometer to be refurbished as well as the cost to check a piece that was still in perfect working order.
Customer Service is friendly. Their response time is quick, and they guide you with ease to fix your problem.
