We had a major issue with our MTESTQuattro software function. Chance called us back quickly and was able to walk us through a resolution over the phone. His depth of knowledge and professionalism helped us resolve the issue, increase machinery efficiency, and get vital parts processed. We discussed future upgrades and improvements to the system, which we are following up on. We here at Matrix greatly appreciate the excellent support he gave us. Kudos!
Our extensometer had trouble after about 5 years. Chance responded to my voice mail same day and was able to talk me through diagnostic and calibration settings in about 15 minutes and we were back up and running. He also mentioned how to replace the battery that caused the calibration to be lost in the first place. This saved us more than a week of down time to send off the extensometer to be refurbished as well as the cost to check a piece that was still in perfect working order.
Customer Service is friendly. Their response time is quick, and they guide you with ease to fix your problem.

Our company relies highly on our testing equipment. Two years ago one of our testers went down and no one tried to troubleshoot the system. Just recently it became a project for me to return the tester to a viable working condition.
