This place is horrible if you want to grow within career let alone this company. They only favor the "managers" and give pay raise or title change to the managers. Also, the managers take all credit for the people who work below them and do ALL the work. Admera does not care about your career. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Even for the test they provide you can get the same elsewhere. Don't let them tell you different.
