Been donating for years at other centers. First hematoma i ever had. They dont answer the phone. I literally just called 6 times, no answer.
You apparently can’t donate if your social security card doesn’t have your full middle name. Have never heard anything like that in my life before but I guess I won’t ever try to donate again because that’s not fixable. It would be smart for you all to put it on your website so people don’t waste their time but thanks for being so unwelcoming and not understanding!
Honestly, I’m starting to get so sick of them. It’s not the worst place, but it just seems to always be something. My issue is them never answering the phone. You have to go in person, and I live in DC…1 hour away. I don’t want to drive up there because if they don’t have an appointment, then what?
