Worst Plasma Center in MD and I’ve been to all of them. They will lie to your face about the returning donor bonus promise a pay adjustment that never comes, then when you speak to the same people who made you the promise they say you’re lying. If they DO ever answer their phone since you can’t use an app to make an appointment like every other business in existence they will lie to you. No soap or toilet paper and the bathroom doors don’t lock. Avoid.
This place is a joke and EXTREMELY RACIST!! I wasted my gas to come out here in the MORNING to make sure there was plently of time for new patient protocol as I called in advance and asked what all that entails. When I got there I signed in on the new patient clipboard to see they had just accepted another patient right before me. I sign in and sit down. Completely ignored. About 3 mins later 3 other ladies walk in 1 is also a new patient. The staff INSTANTLY came out and helped them and told the 1 lady in the group that was... read more
Coming from D.c to travel to Laurel Adams was A beautiful experience lord knows it was. Very clean everyone's very hospitable and, respectful, they get u in an, outty like it's nothing. And they pay waaay more than some damn Biolife. Glad I came Godbless
