This is a great plasma center, but they are so short staffed and getting through to them on the phone to make an appointment is like pulling teeth!! Then they took away that VIP's could just walk in and it's impossible to call & make an appointment so I'm going to have to go elsewhere. It's ridiculous to call all day and never get an answer! I love donating at Adma Biocenters! You can answer your questions online and go straight in and get started with little to no wait! Da’kya is the one I ask for to set me up! She is so sweet and I don’t ever feel her sticking me and best of all no bruising like I experienced at a different donation center. I will continue to donate here!! Thank you for making this so comfortable and accommodating Adma!!
3rd day calling and no one answering the phone which mean it’s probably 2 and half people working #SMH
understaffed, flop era, never answers the phone, what’s supposed to take an hour is taking 3-4 hours.
