They don’t respect appointments! You make an appointment and when you get here they are overbooked and understaffed. Complete disrespect for your time!
The wait there is ridiculous .. even with their new appointment system.. you will be sitting there for over 2 hours before you are called to be seated on the bed and by the time you are done you have spent over 3 hours in total over there.. once my new donor thing is done I’m not coming back there any more.. it’s not worth it
