Recently returned new donor. They implemented an “appointment” basis instead of a walk in. They have implemented a VIP effort with front of the line privileges. And of course new donors get front of the line privileges. Two consecutive years time I have waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time as I watched 8 VIPs and 3 New donors be taken before me. Why have an appointment system if you are going to allow folks to have head of the line privileges. May need to find another place that can use the plasma.
Long wait times, little to no availability for appointments, and when you do make an appointment it takes forever to get called back and to donate. A return visit shouldn’t take two hours. Also shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a walk in visit only to be told they can’t fit you in today.
Polite and honest people the appointments is quicker & fast now!!! Awesome job keep up the good work!!!
I'll never go back it's a cat and mouse game . They tell you to come back a certain day because their appointments are full then you come back and have to get fussed at by the counter lady for being there without an appointment. Forget calling the center first I see how they talk to people on the phone which makes me not want to call. I'll rather csl plasma. Some people actually need the money and give there blood for it not to be treated like bad people...
