I've been going there for a while now the people are knowledgeable and skilled, they try to do what they can to help with customers issues
Used to love donating here tell I came today and was told it’s appointment only and couldn’t donate so won’t be returning I usually donate when I can on one of my random days off but now I can’t do that due to they new appointment policy so now I will just donate at CSL plasma and least they open on weekends so I can donate then when I’m off you guys just lost a donor
Staff is very professional. Thoroughly explained the procedures for donations.
