If you are delivering, you will be fine, they will unload you within 2 hours, not so strict about the appointment. You can park overnight. But don't ever come to pick up a load, you will most likely be rejected for some reason.

Nice people, follow the signs, food grade Trailer they need. Clean your Trailer, don’t confuse the bad reviews.
Company rejected half year old trailer with stupid reason. Usually I'm not posting bad reviews, but this company is terrible. Reason is a hole in the floor and dirt. Look like they need to go out off busines as they rejecting 90% of trailers. General manager of company need to think how to provide better service. Here is video of trailer and inspection report. Inspector didn't show problems just told that trailer not good. Drivers, don't waste your time, they will hold you for couple hrs and then probably will reject you.
