Dear goodness what a nightmare trying to even get them to come give an estimate. I can’t imagine how the work would be if we had a chance to even move forward. Scheduled appointment online and was given a 12-5 window. No show no call until 9pm. They actually wanted to come Friday night at 9pm. This was all handled by an out of state answering service who isn’t even local or know the area. Poor communication and scheduling. Rescheduled for the next day and still never showed. Surprised to have a bad experience with this firm as they came well recommended. Called to get an est on replacing old equipment on my central air. Estimator was thorough and explained his process as he reviewed the system. 1st warning sign - after on site review I had to chase them to get the written estimate. Again, estimator was thorough and professional so I wanted to see what they presented. Got estimate which was a thorough write up and appeared very complete. I can’t say enough good things about ADM Mechanical! I recently turn on my AC this spring, a few days later my AC suddenly stopped working. I called them in a panic, and they responded immediately. Within an hour, a technician was at my home, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the system up and running in no time. What really stood out was their professionalism and dedication.
