At a time when I needed service the most ADM was there to get my systems up and cooling without delay. They explained the problem and informed my if the steps they took to rectify the problem, which in turn, satisfied my customer. We called ADM after we noticed the temperature on our AC was at 77 degrees when it was set to 70 degrees. ADM came to our house as scheduled, upon their examination, they noticed the wiring to the AC unit was corroded and sought to replace it. They also tested inside of house to make sure cold air was flowing as it should be and that the thermostat was working. The cost of the was just over $400.
