I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. 2 months ago I could not open the garage door on my 36 year old home. My garage door was replaced in 2013. I called what seemed to be the best rated repair service. The owner came out and told me I needed new springs and new rollers. The total for the 2day job cost $1200. This was the best interaction I’ve had with customer support call and the AI handled all my questions, reviewed my scheduled options and sent me a text with the appointment details.
