The boss was very rude with me from the very fisrt encounter. I am sure it was because of my race and colour. He took the details to send a claim to RAC and promised to get back to me. He never got back to me and when I called few days later I was told they will get back to me. they never did. Great service. Swift efficient repair, good pricing for replaced alternator. Highly recommend.
Can't fault him. Used several times now and the trust just keeps building. Honest and straight with you and does the best he can given whatever constraints you have and how busy he is. Always tries to fit you in. Took me years to find a garage I trusted, and so far so good. Keep up the good work Andy and thank you.
