I bought a bathtub from ADM. It cracked on the bottom and leaked. I sent pictures to ADM, and Guillermo approved the warranty replacement on 11/8/2023. After contacting them repeatedly, I received the replacement bathtub on 2/21/2024, 108 days later. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong bathtub, see the pictures attached. I refused shipment. Very happy with the pedestal sink. Came professionally wrapped on a mini crate, no issues and product lived up to its expectations!
I initially ordered and item on August 28th. I called an cancel the order on Aug 29th. Was told by an employee I would receive the refund in three business days. Adding my refund would be easy to process considering my cancellation time frame. It’s August 15th with no refund. I also have documents that shown in email the cancellation confirmation. Had to get my bank involved. Would never recommend or purchase from this co ever! Make sure you have written documentation for your records.
We love the style of our ADM tub. ADM held the tub until we were ready to install and then delivered it without delay. We had a small issue with the drain that they quickly addressed. The tub is high quality and well-priced.
This is my dream tub!!!! We bought model SW-123B and it is more beautiful in person than in a photo. I looked high and low for a tub that was of good quality, well made, reasonably priced, and beautiful; this one filled all those requirements. It is very classy and elegant and definitely a statement piece in any bathroom. ADM was helpful by holding our tub while we completed building our house.
