I have been dealing with so many people ever since my mom needed more assistance. No one has helped me more than Doris and her team. Doris went above and beyond when our step father was released from the hospital back to his assisted living. Because he is now palliative, the hospital sent a bed which did not match what was needed. ADM jumped in immediately and had a bed, air mattress and wheel chair pad sent over, along with a fall mat. This was done so quickly and made the process of getting him settled in so much easier. I have only praise for this company and Doris who looked after us.
Super service from Doris who is my Durham region provider for ADM Access. I just let her know via a phone call what is needed for my mother and within a few days supplies are delivered
Doris has been such a help with my mom. Guiding me through available support for her and when we found my mom needed products she worked with us to find the right products and then delivers them right to the door. I am so happy this company is able to help me give my mom the best care as she ages.
