It was such a pleasure to work with Adlington homes. They were highly organised, communicated well with us through all stages of the works and completed everything with great attention to detail. We engaged Adlington to provide us a quote to build our home. They were professional and communicated with respect. However, we clearly stated that we had a strict budget that we needed to adhere to and specifically mentioned the importance of sticking to this budget, asking that they do everything they can to meet this budget. Adlington: the relationship and the product; both are first class. The advice we were given when choosing a builder focussed on the relationship. Did we feel it was one of mutual trust and growth?
