I am using this medium to provide my experience as a current resident that moved in almost a year ago. After settling in, I began experiencing loud thumps and bangs from the residents above me that agitated my walls. Other disturbances include but are not limited to: a loud alarm clock that went on for an hour, screaming, and loud music. I’m disappointed that I have to update this review. Pay attention to the overall reviews—most focus on the tour or move-in experience, like my original one. The 2-star review from Kayla is a more accurate reflection of the property, especially regarding amenities and the recent management change. Chris is the heart of this community, and the maintenance team is the best I’ve ever experienced. I needed to move quickly and Chris was there the whole time to ensure I had everything I needed. He was a great help and one of the reasons I chose to move here. Keep it up homie.
