Amy was amazing with all the help we needed! She took the time to answer any questions we had throughout the entire sign up process.
Nice apartments, staff was nice, however I was disappointed in the move out. I paid $83 five days before I moved out so I would not have any bills following me just to have them email me saying I owe $150 more for final valet trash, pest control, etc…and they couldn’t tell me what the $83 was for when I called. Not getting my deposit back after leaving it move in ready because I wasn’t told that it was a nonrefundable deposit when I moved in. DON'T RENT HERE, THEY HAVE MOLD ON THE TILES OF THE POOL, NOT SAFE!!! If I could leave this place negative stars I would. I had to move for several reasons. One, I was declared handicapped during my stay there. They have enough handicapped parking in ratio to the actual parking spots. However, they are to have them at every entrance, and the closet spot to that entrance, they do not. My neighbors above me were up 24/7, my family can verify this. I wanted to be moved in for at least a month. Before I share the experience. Let me start off by saying the onboarding process was the most smoothest, and quickest I have ever seen. Mrs. Amy the property manager was the sweetest and well verse. Adriana was the leasing agent who helped me out and even the assistant manager was kind as well!!
