Scammers They wont let you cancel orders and randomly charge your card. Don't buy anything from them online. They are fraudulently charging folks and ignoring support requests
Valerie did an amazing job helping my fiancé pick out a ring I would love! When we went back to Adlers after he proposed, she remembered him and was excited to meet me. They cleaned my ring and even gave me a bag fill of gifts which was such a nice touch. My ring actually needed to be resized and they were able to do so within a few hours and now it fits perfectly. Highly recommend Adlers and especially Valerie!
