Dr. Pantagis is an arrogant jerk who refuses to listen to the patients needs, he acts like a child throwing a tantrum whenever he feels threatened by someone with some knowledge. It's very sad when you chose someone to care fir an aging parent and they scream on the top of their lungs during a phone call and insult you and call you names when they are supposed to be treating you as a health care representative. Aspen Medical is the worst doctor's office to visit. You can never get an appointment when you want it. If you called today to request an appointment with any doctor, their first response is "we don't have an opening today or this week, the earliest is 2 weeks from now." The staff seems very non caring about patient's needs. How is it possible that out of 10 drs. practicing there, not a single dr. has an open time slot to see a patient who is in pain.
