My experience trying to schedule a PET scan with these folks was very poor. First, it took weeks to get someone on the line just to schedule the scan. They then took weeks check insurance eligibility. The biggest frustration is that the employee who handles insurance only works in office on Tuesdays and there is no way to get in touch with her on any other day. Waiter at the front desk for five minutes and no one acknowledged us. We could hear them talking in the back of the office. After the wait the gentleman was nice and explained everything. We felt confident about the car scan. So i will gave this place a 4 stars .
