The MD/nurse are not the issue here, the issue is the front desk, specifically, Linda. I spoke to this lady for the first time and rather apologizing for the inconvenience of not taking my insurance anymore, she proceeded to scream on top of her lungs, “WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE.” Alr lady calm down im literally right here about to blow my eardrums. This office is a 3 ring circus and Joanna is the ring leader who is a pathological liar, while Dr. Adler sits back and eats his popcorn..
I called in for an appointment. They asked why. I needed a check up AND told them I may have a UTI. They refused me and told me to see a urologist. The urologist gave NO ANSWERS. I went to another gyno and found out I have a huge FIBROID!!!! So thanks for NOTHING!!!!!
Dr Adler had been my doctor for 35 years. He delivered my 4 boys and is now guiding me through menopausal years . Regardless of any of my questions he always appears to be very knowledgeable and on top of recent medical research on all women’s health’s topics. Best of all he is a very kind, caring, personal and trust worthy doctor. I highly recommend him!
