I’ve brought my mother here a few times after she was ill and had some cognitive issues. They were excellent listening to what I had to say regarding her health. I appreciated how they spoke to both of us together at the end of the appointment and make sure we were both aware of what the next steps are. Although she does not need to go again soon, I feel comfortable bringing her or my father there in the future if needed.

Do not bring your loved one here if they have dementia or Alzheimer’s. They are EXTREMELY unresponsive and unreliable. They do not call back even if it is important but they should probably call back either way. You’ll be waiting a while too! Do not come here. I wish I could give 0 starts
