I took my RX300 to this shop to get a diagnosis on my serpentine belt squeeking following an alternator replacement. I had to pay for a full diagnostic (fine) for them to recommend multiple fixes to get the belt to stop slipping. All that needed to be done was to tension the belt. I had another shop do so and the squeeking stopped + the car runs great. I'm sure this shop does good work, just be cautious of the oversell. Adler has been amazing at taking care of my car! I will definitely keep going back. From doing thorough inspections to taking the time to explain everything to me and completing the service they do a great job! Marcus and Sabrina are incredibly welcoming and make sure to communicate everything with you!
Great customer service and updates the entire time! We even have a loaner to lessen the effects of having a car in the shop.
