Was treated with the up most respect and dignity the staff was very professional
Waiting an hour to see Dr. J No one even checked on me after I saw the NP.She was great. Said Dr. J would be right in. Waited an hour....she never arrived, and nobody gave me a reason for the long wait. So, I left.
HENDRICK has the wrong address for this doctor and has known that her address has changed for literally months. This is NOT good customer service for patients having to find this doctor when they have an appointment, and aren’t from Abilene Texas. Please do better. You are a huge network so there is no excuse for laziness. I asked to speak to the marketing team who is apparently responsible to make the address correct but was denied access to speak to them. I am waiting to speak to a manager.

Love Dr JEBAKUMAR she is an awesome doctor and she is very knowledgeable and explains your problems well and definitely has a medical plan to treat. The staff is also awesome and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
