This business is not a quality service provider. We fixed a roof leak a year ago. Based on their advice we only need to replace part of the sarking. Within 12 month the same spot leaked again. Then I was told by their technical the new sarking tape fallen off. They can re-tape the sarking back. I lost trust on such a low quality repair and asked for the refund as its within 12 months. Daniel told me good luck on the phone and cut off the phone. The building commission also cannot help with refund.
ADKO trade Services turned up on time, replaced the old leaking roof, updated the insulation and sarking to the agreed scope of work. Andrew, the roofer, was most helpful and used his initiative to complete the work, despite the tricky unforeseen problems uncounted. Great result!
