Mike and his team were great, had to remove wood flooring and some sub-flooring in a 100 year old home. Mike took care to only disturb what was needed to be done to minimize the amount of build back. the project turned out to be more extensive than could be understood from Mike's original quote - but he treated me very fairly on the final cost vs the original quote.
