David was absolutely AWESOME! We called on Tuesday and he was out Wednesday morning to fix our AC unit. He fixed our problem quickly and the cost was very fair for the work done. We will be using David any time we need his assistance in the future. Thanks to David my family will be able to enjoy our nice cool home tonight when temperatures are over 90 degrees outside!
Picked by our home warranty company for semi-annual "tune-up" of our heating system we had no idea what to expect. David came out exactly on time for the appointment, was friendly and professional, completed the "tune-up" in a short period of time and made several helpful comments about the condition of our system and ways we could save energy costs. Will contact our home warranty company to request that they send Adkins for our spring "tune-up". I highly recommend this company.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, I’m going on five weeks with no air-conditioning while My home warranty company have already approved the claim. They tell me they will call me back With information about parts from the supplier and they never do. I just can’t believe that people can still do pull this horrible customer experience and still be in business.
