This automotive shop is the best I’ve ever used. They truly treat you like family and yet remain very professional. Very trustworthy as well. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t pressure you. Highly recommend them!
Excellent honest shop performing quality work
Adkins is amazing!! The customer service is out of this world, the girls know my voice when I call. Anytime I'm having issues they get my car in asap. Service is alway fast and I'm always informed of what repairs are needed, with a personal phone call. I recommend them to everyone!
Thank you to the ladies at Adkins that got me out a jamb last weekend. They were very nice to deal with and super accommodating. I had a tire blowout on my boat trailer and rolled into their parking lot somewhat desperate. I was able to leave the trailer for a couple hours while they fixed the tire, make an electronic payment, and pick the trailer up at my convenience. Thanks again.
Our first time using Adkins and will be a returning customer! We purchased a used vehicle privately that needed several issues corrected to have it inspected. They did a fantastic job! Customer service that you will not find easily anywhere else. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and followed through with timely responses throughout our experience, and even after. I never felt rushed or left with the feeling that I was bothersome with my questions. Hands down the best around!
