The office staff was welcoming, friendly, understanding and helpful. We had an older car that needed significant repairs. They took the time to do a thorough inspection and prepare an estimate. We felt the estimate was fair for the amount of work involved. The work needed was completed sooner than expected. We felt that we were respected throughout the process and the business was fair and prices were reasonable for the work involved. We would definitely use them again!!! Pleasant and professional The folks at Adkins Automotive are not only wonderful to work with, but also incredibly thorough in their work. I had a major engine malfunction and they were not only able to fit me in in a reasonable time frame but also quoted me $800 less than the dealership pricing for repairs. I was very impressed by not only the pricing but also the speed in which they were able to rectify my issue. 10/10 Service and Experience, will definitely see them for any future issues.
They don't stand behind their work. When their work comes apart they blame anyone else. NEVER GO THERE *putting plugs in this vehicle does NOT REQUIRE touching the fuel line that disconnected after you worked on her van, stranding a 85 yo lady in the dark on the side of the road. This is not her mechanic son. You picked the wrong one.
Adkins Automotive is the only and best mechanic shop in Frederick-Washington County areas. They placed a new transmission and more in our son’s truck. Highly recommended!
Really kind people who were fair about pricing , cared about my situation (I was towed there ) , and then there's Peanut. She's a very good girl and made me feel at ease at a very stressful time. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
