Meticulous work, efficient, affordable, and actually meets deadlines. He’s done multiple projects for us and has no problem working within our budget in a timely manner. Not to mention friendly owner and employees. Such a rarity in the construction field! Would highly recommend.

I was in need of construction of a barn to store hay and equipment. ADK Builder assisted me with the design of the barn and completed all aspects of the construction from the foundation, framing and finish work. They finished on time and on budget.

I hired Matt Smith, ADK Builders, to build a deck at my house and the job was a total and complete disaster. POOR workmanship, it looked like it was done by someone with no building experience. Made numerous attempts to have him rectify the multiple problems with the deck and he does not return calls or text messages. I would NOT recommend hiring him… I THINK YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I gave him one star because zero wasn't an option.
