In October 2024 - I paid a deposit for a snowmobiling rental date in January 2025 - some of my buddies were also going to join. In December 2024 when one of my friends went to register - he received a message was a message on their website stating the company is closed for the season. I was never informed about the company’s closure and my deposit was not refunded. They accepted deposits from people and then closed for the season with zero notification or callback. If I could I would give them a ZERO!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! They are renting a broken snowmobile and they are making charges on your card as you broke it. An hour after the snowmobile was returned, inspected, and accepted the receptionist called that she needs a card number and charged us $300!! We texted them and she send random pictures and told us that we broke it?! We asked for a full picture of the snowmobile with the number on it but she never got back to us. I wish I could leave NO stars. This place is a SCAM. Went to pick up our snowmobile and no one was at the place. Called and emailed with NO return communication. Got us for $108 (deposit) which I am disputing with my credit card company. Talked to others in town who confirmed this place is NO GOOD. Be warned, website looks great, but they are a SCAM and will try to keep your money. The good reviews posted are most likely from friends/family!
