My daughter and I LOVE Adk Roots! Always the best experience.
I started coming here a couple months ago for a blonde root touch up and she always did a great job however the most recent time I came in she left my roots brassy and bleached basically the entire top of my head leading to large sections breaking off. I texted her about coming back in to get it fixed, but it took her two entire weeks to even text me with a possible appointment time so I had to go to another stylist to get my hair fixed.
